When you put together a Fireman themed party for the kids and your adult guests you may want to make it Hot! As in plenty of hot and tasty treats for the menu. There are lots of spicy dishes to choose from, but you may wish to follow the buffet we’ve put together.
A Fireman party menu for your friends and family should be suitably hot and spicy. A taco bar should do the trick. Serve up everyone’s favorite taco toppings and then some for this hot event. That means plenty of ground beef, pulled pork, spicy chicken, lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheeses! Don’t forget the sauces like guacamole, hot sauce, taco sauce and sour cream. An essential side dish for your taco buffet has to be the Spicy Red Refried Beans and of course Spanish Rice.

Here’s a unique way to deliver your holiday gifts to your friends, family, clients, or employees - turn your Holiday Party into a Home-Spa Party! Rather than give that gift
certificate for the spa visit to all the people on your list (which can really add up), bring the spa to all of them in one night. You can save a fortune, give them the gift they want, and network your entire community together as well. You can even promote yourself if you market a wellness product or offer your own services. This can be a real win-win situation.

Introverts often have a hard time with parties and other large group events because they simply don’t enjoy a lot of heavy socializing. Peace and quiet, and the company of a few close friends or family is generally preferred over large, sometimes loud groups of people we don’t know well or at all. So when party time comes, those of us who are introverted find ourselves wanting to barricade ourselves away from all the excitement. That’s not always possible, nor is it necessary, as we do need to see and be seen in order to function in society.

There are several holidays that tend to be easily overlooked, and Secretaries Day is one of those. This holiday is a little-known day that is observed on a Wednesday at the end of April and is actually now referred to as Administrative Professionals Day. Regardless of the nomenclature, though, these career professionals are the backbone of the office and should be honored on their special day. Participating in crafts can be a great way to take note of the very important work that secretaries do for their offices.

Many people are afraid of finally having their 30th birthday. They see it as a turning point from being young and hip, to being old and useless. This is a rather silly notion, but many people feel this way. A good way to cheer up your friend or family member who’s in this kind of situation is to make the day special for them. The best way to make it special is to create handcrafted items that show your appreciation.
