Baby gifts are most often purchased for the intent of being given to a mom-to-be at her baby shower. While many people mistakenly believe that anything goes for a good baby shower gift, this is simply not the case. While there aren’t any truly defined lines for baby gifts and gift giving etiquette, there is one suggestion you should follow closely: don’t pick a baby gift that the mom-to-be might find embarrassing or insulting. While most baby gifts are appreciated, some should not be given unless you are absolutely certain they will be welcomed, and even then it should be given privately.
