Pregnancy And Fertility - Enhancing Your Spiritual Connection With Baby For A Happier Pregnancy
With thousands of books on pregnancy, you may still find it difficult to obtain information as to how to include spirit in your relationship with your unborn baby. The following is an important step if you do wish to begin parenting from spirit while you are pregnant.
If you want spirit (God, the Universe - whatever fits for you) to be part of this pregnancy, you can begin by allowing yourself to remember that you, your partner and your baby are part of a much bigger picture. By feeling that you a worthy part of a loving universe you are opening the door to spirit.
Just breath and feel that. When you can remember that you are part of a beautiful, thriving cosmos in which seeds are caressed into trees, you can also realise that you are never alone in your pregnancy or in your parenting. With an awareness that you are part of this miracle, you no longer need to seek out spirit. From this vantage point, you can simply allow spirit.
We only ever search for something that is lost. In the process of allowing, there is a knowing that spirit is always with us and will always be. You can make a habit of taking a few minutes to sit or lie down and allow yourself to feel the love of the universe that surrounds you. As you breath in allow that love to fill your wonderful body and your baby with exactly what you need now.
Deirdre will be running a free 4 week pilot teleclass on connecting with baby. She invites you to visit her blog http://www.magicalbeginningsforbaby.com and leave a comment if you are interested in being part of this class.
